The Father Bob Show #41 - A taste for incense and crystals

Today the discussion centres around Bob’s blog posts and related comments.
We relfect on the sad passing of Robert Sinclair, who helped Bob out with
giving holidays to housing ministry kids. Bob replies to a great post to the
forum by Annette and Steve regarding a possible new arm to the FBM
foundation. What great ninjas!

We also talk about Bob’s view on electing a new pope, the history of the
power of Rome, and the meaning of religion. We try and define the nature of
civility in today’s society.

Don’t worry that the start of the show seems to be about a minute in, as I
thought our pre-show discussion was interesting enough to incude! Also the
EXCLUSIVE preview of who will be on Sunday Night Safran this week.

Bob will be appearing at the public meeting of the Spirit of Eureka on
December 1st, and talking on Sunday nght on 3AW with Dr Coburn (spelling??)
regarding domestic violence.

Excellent, earthy, encompassing, entertaining, epistemologically anchored in today, entreating approach to down to earth, roll up your sleeves religious commitment.

Have only recently discovered Father Bob, first saw him on SBS where he “told it like it is”

    Brilliant!

Catholicism has done so much good for the world, “Father Damien, Mother Terresa, and that great Australian Jesuit Brother Andrew”

Keep up the good work Father Bob!

    Melbourne’s version of Father Riley

    Happy Christmas.
